Outcomes
Created the all new Creator Interests experience on the Instagram app, ensuring users' ease of use throughout the process with improved features and accessibility.
Conducted 24 iterative wireframing sessions, 4 cross-functional workshops & took part in multiple design critique sessions all leading to the improvement of the final product.
Delivered presentations showcasing the design process and level of detail in research and analysis to produce a high quality product catering towards creators' needs.
Project Overview
Working in the Instagram Branded Content division, I worked on the discovery stage of the Creator Marketplace, focusing on Creator Interests within the Instagram application working with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of the Creator Marketplace.
What is the Creator Marketplace?
The Creator Marketplace is a new space for Brands and Creators to bridge the gap between Creators & Brands to help build long lasting and authentic relationships. Our key focus is to enable more creators to onboard onto the Creator Marketplace with ease.
What is Creator Interests?
For Creators onboarding onto the Creator Marketplace, they are able to select interests relevant to their personal brand that they can share with Brands to establish mutual interest connections that can lead to brand deals and form long lasting relationships. Our aim here is to ensure that creators select relevant interests in the quickest and easiest way possible to ensure onboarding is complete.

Core Problem & How do we define Success?
Creators are restricted with the tools they have to acquire brand deals
Many creators struggle to acquire deals let alone relationships with brands, especially emerging creators.
We aim to help creators work alongside brands with similar interests
We define success by having a frictionless process for the user to experience and help them get brand deals.

Aided in brainstorming ideas for multiple different projects across the Creator Marketplace in the Meta Business Suite & Instagram Branded Content utilising sketches & creative thinking.
Contributing to design critiques, ensuring cross-functional team members are improving their product with useful feedback and utilising my skillset to benefit other products across the Meta entertainment suite.
